This issue was fantastic. I absolutely LOVED Catherynne Valente's story, Quidnunx. I love her style of writing, and I literally smiled the entire time I read this because it was so beautiful and mesmerizing. Her writing is enchanting. This story alone was worth buying the issue for. I also enjoyed the other stories in this issue very much. Collecting James by Geoffrey Girard was a bit dark for my taste, but it was very intriguing and well-written. The Tetralogist's Brother and the Laura Ingalls Experience were both equally fantastic. (Laura Ingalls Experience actually made me want to go back and read the books because I believe I've only ever read the first one). The poetry in this issue was also pretty good, though not as great as the stories. I liked The Farmer's Milk the best. But in all honesty, Valente once again stole the show with Quidnunx.
