Beautiful, whimsical, magical. A sense of wonder like I had with The Midnight Library and the trials of time travel reminiscent of The Secret Life of Addie LaRue. A quick and cozy read with a few twists, but always coming back home.

The Farrow women are cursed with a madness that June is determined to end by never perpetuating a new generation. Her mother mysteriously disappears when June is young. When her grandmother who raised her dies years later, June goes hunting for clues as to what happened to her mother, which also seems to lead to clues about the nature of the madness that the Farrow women suffer. Ultimately, June ends up time hopping back in time to find that she has a whole other life in a different timeline and love that she thought she’d never know.

Liked
* This was a very unique and creative read. It’s sorta metaverse, time travel, a bit of fantasy, a mystery, a bit of love, all in one
* It covers a lot of complicated ground and I found myself very invested in watching this unfold
* For a man that has gone through heartbreak, Eamon’s heart is such a light in this book

Disliked
* The timelines here were COMPLICATED to follow. I definitely had to watch a few explainer videos to understand everything.
* I missed Mason. I was rooting for him. Wish we would have heard more about him.
