I felt slightly mixed about this book, the overarching message was important and showcased how different women feel and how there shouldn’t be a set way of living, however I struggled with the storyline and getting into the book.
The story started off fairly slowly but then seemed rushed at the end - and I just didn’t really feel hooked by the characters at all which then meant anything that happened didn’t really have the desired effect.
I did quite like Cam’s character, and could relate in the sense she didn’t want children (and certain people telling you ‘you’ll change your mind’!!) but overall this book didn’t quite grab me as I thought it would.

What a wild ride!! Honestly a book I didn’t think I’d enjoy and totally not what I expected from the front cover/blurb. This book is hilarious, cringey and heart wrenching all at the same time. Many twists and a “love actually” feel where all the stories intertwine beautifully. It’s difficult to perfect a book ending but O’porter smashed this one
