Lovely illustrated short story about a King and the shapeshifter at his side.
I loved the prose and the illustrations. Especially the style of the beginning was great.
I wish it had been longer, though, especially the ending would have benefitted from some more depth and insight into the characters' feelings.

A cute and quick read! A little bittersweet towards the end but happy in the finale! It's only 19 pages so too much more and I'll give it all away! The illustrations are beautiful though and definitely compliment the writing perfectly!
