Holy shit, save yourself the time and do not read this. Not only could I not bring myself to finish it, but I also threw the book in the trash to save anyone else the agony.

It's not profound, it's not interesting, it's not high brow. It's slow and repetitive and boring and just bad.

Read this in bed with a crippling cold which was possibly the greatest and worst decision I’ve made in my life because I’ve now rationalized everything done in this book and am ready to be rejuvenated after a years rest. See you all in year ✌

The sudden urge to just sleep for a year and wake up renewed. This book felt like removing all your bones and give them a good wash.
