I love this book, because it was the first book that I ever fell in love with. It was a page turner for me in grade 4. I bought it recently just because I knew that a book that had such a profound impact on me, and made me love reading, deserved a spot on my bookshelf. Worth the read for a younger reader:)

Cette série est trop cool! D'accord, c'est pour les enfants d'école primaire, mais c'est pas grave: moi je suis adulte et je la lit quand même, et toc!

Flat characters, very predictable story line. I got halfway through the book and put it down. I have no attachment to the characters and do not care what happens to them. I guess that says it all.

One of my all time favourite series. This book is a sweet beginning to their adventure. This is a reread by the way, and i still love it as much as i did years ago

Not bad. Kinda confussing that the kids talk like they are in America when they are English.

Malo, malo. No sé si es por una traducción que emplea palabras complicadísimas para la edad a la que va dirigido el libro o porque no pasa absolutamente nada relevante. Es como si esto formase parte de un libro más grande y lo hubieran desglosado en varios. Lento y aburrido. No creo que sigamos con la saga.
