It took me a little while to get into this book, but I ended up really liking it. The only thing that bothered me was the use of very modern language when the book is set long ago. That being said, it is a fictional and fantastical world so the language did not take me out. I loved the characters and it was an exciting read. The beginning was a little slow, but it really picked up. Highly reccommend!
