I liked it a lot. I found it a little hard to stay focused on the story but I don’t know that it was the book’s fault

I positively loved the author’s voice, very lyrical writing. I struggled to continue at roughly the 48% mark, but I pushed through and I’m glad I did because the book was wonderful.

For me, this book was the epitome of “trust the process”. I was so confused to begin with, as the world and the characters are so rich and you need time to dig your teeth into them. Also the language was so descriptive and beautiful. I fell in love with the characters and their intricacies. I laughed out loud, shouted and swooned. And the 🌶️! Perfectly placed in the story, well written and 🔥. 5⭐️ from me
