Tess Brookes is by far one of my favourite ever female main characters. For three books now, her fabulous life and ability to take a risk have kept me hooked, and A Girl's Best Friend was simply amazing. It took me a couple of weeks to read it, which is almost unheard of for me, but I've been SO busy recently that I haven't had time to sit down and completely get into it, but every time I picked it up, I remembered what had happened previous and I was just so desperate for Tess to have some good luck for once! It was so much fun to see her in New York, with best friend Amy and Kekepi, and to see Al again, it's SUCH an awesome cast, Amy TOTES needs her own book.

I've been Team Nick since the first book, and he just makes me heart melt. The events of book two were devastating, but we DO see Nick again, so #TEAMNICK fans can rejoice. Charlie? What can I say about Charlie? That Prologue told me EVERYTHING I needed to know about Charlie. Ugh. Nick just has it all as far as I'm concerned, and the romance in this book will not LET YOU DOWN, peeps.

I have no idea if this is the last book for Tess, it was wrapped up very nicely, but I would love more Tess. This is surely just the beginning for Tess, so there MUST be another book, or five? RIGHT, RIGHT? But, like I said, I also think Amy needs a book. Amy is the best friend every girl should have. Every girl deserves an Amy in their life. She's AWESOME.

YES! Kelk fans rejoice - when Tess goes to New York, she meets Angela and Jenny from I Heart fame. As soon as I knew Tess was heading to New York,I was DREAMING about this collab. There is literally nothing more awesome for me when characters pop up in an author's future books. It made my day when I read those scenes, honestly it was just amazing.

This was another amazing installment in the life that is Tess Brookes. She has the best life ever, travelling all over the world, she has the most amazing friends a girl could ever wish for and NICK MILLER, man. Nick Miller. And there's Charlie, of course. Eurgh. Is this the end for Tess? I hope not, but if it was (PLEASE DO NOT BE THE END) it was a fantastic final book.

Other than the last two chapters, this was pretty much a repeat of About a Girl and What a Girl Wants.
