This is the final installment in this series, and let me say it definitely did not disappoint. If you are craving an intensely action-packed novel...this is it.
Between the actual battle that you as the reader have known to be coming this entire time, and the chemistry between Fionna and her men. Holy Smokes. Things get super spicy up in this novel. Have a bottle of water ready, hot damn!
This conclusion novel has it all, mystery, suspense, intense love for family and so many blush worthy moments.
The characters are given multiple challenges to be faced, and they all rise up together to get it done. Some of the obstacles you as the reader cannot see coming, and that is part of the excitement of this series and these characters.
The characters of this story all have enough chapter time to really find out who they are and what makes them, well them and unique. I love Percy, he is just too cute. All of the men really do shine and also bring out something special in Fionna.
If you are looking for a novel that will surprise you, make you smile, cry and overall just happy...this is the series for you.

there is so much lore. i love it. also, the love in these books was so soft and warm. i love arthur's freckles, and percival's optimism, and galahad's steadiness and lancelot's honor.

The story part of very interesting and that was why I finished this. However, there are so many skip-ahead parts that it can be a bit exausting.
