An interesting exploration of incentives and how they play out in everyday life. Fascinating and covered a broad range of topics and encouraged thinking about why we do things and how incentives motivate human behaviour. I was hoping for more of an understanding of how incentives themselves can be created and how they should be designed, but this was more of a case study exploration of when they have and haven't worked. Interesting nonetheless and written in an easy to understand and engaging way. Refreshing also to read about these systems from an Australian perspective.
