Idk. I was really excited to read this book after I finished the previous one. But that was several months ago and now the spark is gone.

Update

I didn’t want to come back and finish this book, but I did because of a TikTok. It was okay. There’s a lot of sex, which I wasn’t in the mood for. That’s actually why I stopped reading in the first place. Seriously tho I think half the book is just sex scenes and it’s so much longer than it needs to be. I was kinda just waiting for the book to finish.

This is tough. While I actually enjoy the plot of these books, the dialogue in this one drove me a little crazy and feels out of place somehow. Repetitive and childish at times. Buuuut I am looking forward to the prequels.

It gave a lot of info into missing pieces of plot. I liked it. I did have to kinda force myself to keep reading mid way through cause it was getting kinda slow. By the end it picked up again and I am going to finish the series :)
