Okay, this isn't the best-written book ever, and a large part of the reason it's getting five stars from me is because it was such a nostlagia trip reading it and thinking about my own travels through South America. The illustrations are some of the most beautiful I've ever seen and they really encapsulate the spirit of each place. It was gorgeous to read and I'm glad I have it for tattoo references in the future!
