I like Helena Hunting. This series is siblings and cousins and I wish I had a family tree to go off of. Love the tropes used and the spice...

"He should probably come with a warning, like: Panties may combust if you get too close, or something."

This book is a total mood-lifter! It made me smile and giggle and even laughing out loud. It was perfect to keep my mind out of my everyday worries my mind is currently occupied with. Everything in her comes at the right amount with great and enjoyable characters.

"That is what wanting someone is. This is the pinnacle of desperate attraction. This is the chemical reaction that ignites and burns until there's nothing left but ash."

The chemistry between Rian and Pierce was off the charts right from the beginning. Their witty-banter are incredible. Rian's sass meets Pierce want to push her buttons. And as the story progresses, so does their relationship and feelings. They were so caught up in denying their attraction that they were oblivious to the fact that they already built something substantial.

And don't get me started on their steamy encounters. Pantie dropping hot! And you will get a lot of them!

"Telling the person who owns your heart that you love them gives them power - the kind that can make you whole or shatter your world."

Rian is strong, outspoken and intelligent but running from her past. Afraid to open up to someone other than her twin sister she denies herself every chance of being loved. But after her past experiences, it's no wonder she's guarded. That's mostly the reason why she tries to run from her attraction to Pierce until she can't.
I love that Rian knows what she wants and fights for it. She stands up for herself and other she loves and on top she's simple incredibly adorable.

Pierce has the all-American handsome charm with a shot of alpha-hotness. He's not only gorgeous good looking but he also owns a good heart and cares deeply for the people he loves. Pierce is also struggling with his current position in live and even though he knows where he doesn't want to be and where he might want to go, he's unsure how to get there. Meeting and falling for Rian is what brings his mind on the right track.

It almost seems like fate really put those two together. With all the by chance encounters, cupid took his work pretty seriously and succeeded.

"She tastes like love. She feels like my future. Rian is the beginning and the end. She's the fight I won't give up. She's the forever I won't let go."

I Flipping Love You is such an adorable, funny, sexy, entertaining, light-hearted and steamy romantic comedy you really don't want to miss out!

Dear Helena,

I’m going to need this author to stop writing amazing books. My family misses me. It’s not my fault I can’t put these books down.

Everytime I pick up the next book of the series I think It can’t be better than the last book and everytime Helena proves me wrong. I am so consumed with this series that I want to meet this amazing family of hot guys and GF/wifes in person. Rain and her twin sister couldn't be more opposite. They only have each other cause their parents abandoned them at 18 and left them in a crap load of debit. So they started making a name for themselves by working in real estate. Their main goal is to be able to buy and flip houses. Then Rain meets Pierce (who is also in the process of buying and flipping houses) and well things get interesting. Do yourself a favor and just buy this whole series.

I Flipping Love You is flipping fun. It's got all the things a greedy romance reader needs:

-hottie in a Tom Ford suit
-twins...(okay, that works for the guys)
-conflict
-a dryer with amazing abilities...(or maybe it wasn't the dryer)
-beaches
-beach nookie...(also looking less fun as I think about it...)
-Lex sightings (because...LEX)
-Seriously hot hookups
-and an ever after...(I didn't mention the happy because you need to read it!)

-Oh and the sexiest thing a guy can say:

“We’re having a sleepover. We’re going to do this all night, and I’m going to cuddle you like a motherfucker after I finishing sexing every last orgasm out of you.”

Best line next to the dreaded four words...I Flipping Love You!

Rian and Pierce are so freaking cute! I loved the worlds are so intertwined and that Pierce got his moment. It was also great to see Amalie and Lex throughout various parts of this book. I also love Rian and Marley. They made such a funny duo and I enjoyed their sisterly moments. I wish Rian would have opened up sooner, but I understand why she didn't. This was light and fun and I fully enjoyed the Hamptons setting with the real estate plot line. I also thought the spice was super fun in this one. One scene in particular is living in my head rent-free and I love Helena for that. I'm excited to see what happens with the rest of these characters. It's been a delight of a series so far!

I found the heroine very…annoying. I almost didn’t finish because of it. I love the Shacking Up series so this was a shock when I found myself rolling my eyes every-time she spoke.

Meh can’t win them all.
