Look it's over. I do not want to denigrate completely one author's eight year effort. At the same time, I think a trilogy probably would have been smarter--would have forced less deus ex machina type things. But hey the good guys win the bad guys mostly lose. It is finally over.

While there was a fitting conclusion and many loose ends tied up, I still get the feeling this was rushed through and not always fully thought out while being written?

Great series of books!
Huge world with a vast amount of characters and places but easily read. Went on just a little too long, the series peaked at book 5, but I still HIGHLY recommend these books.

Amazing ending to the Saga of the Seven Suns. Some topics seemed like an easy neat way of wrapping things up, but the story makes sense. I hope Anderson returns to this universe in time.

Decent conclusion to a long journey. Grasping at neat conclusions though in this one. The worldtree/verdani/wental bubbles? The Wental missiles? But overall a nice series.
