Saw the movie when I was a kid and didn't realize it was a book at the time. All these years later and I finally got around to reading the book and I gotta say, this has to be one of the best book to movie adaptations out there.

Wow! At the ending, everything ties together brilliantly! These days, I rarely get any sweetly ending books, so this was quite different. Near the beginning I wanted to put this book down so badly, but it actually turned out well.
