This manga manages to make me feel sad for every single of its characters!! While here I was thinking Juuzou was a straight up psycho, Ishida painted his past and gave reasons for all his suspicious traits.

Really enjoyed seeing the fights between Investigators and Anteiku Ghouls, but damn, Kaneki just out-shined them all. The number of times he's cracked his index-finger probably matches the number of times Eren chomped down his finger in AoT, lol.

My only complaint is these fight scenes are still hard on the eye, especially if I'm on mobile. Leaving that aside,is the oh-so-great Arima not part of this Operation? My mind is coming up with bizarre ideas but let's see, for now I'm eager to watch Amon vs Ken!! Can't believe I'm at the end of Tokyo Ghoul already...

ೃ⁀➷ overall review. a lot more action and fight scenes, and the art looked amazing! it had me on the edge of my seat the entire time!! my favorite investigator juzo suzuya…what a traumatic life that he has had. one thing i love about the manga is that it really goes in depth about the characters and their backstories. can’t wait to finish this series!!

Paneling is a little harder to follow in all the action, and the dialogue boxes are so tiny?? Is this to make up for the bigger spreads becoming more common

What an emotional volume. I wavered between wanting to cry for my poor babies just wanting to do what's right, anger at the total apathy the CCG harbor for their lives, and rooting for them as they squared off in some awesome fights. Can't wait to see who's standing when the dust clears!
