Marlee! She was one of my favorite characters in this series and I was so excited to read about events from her POV. Finally we get to understand how she and Carter became the couple who would risk their lives for each other. I missed her bubbly spirit and appreciated that this book had an overall happy tone (even though she and Carter got in trouble and suffered).

again i would say an unnecessary pov but i love that the author has such a vivid and clear picture about the scenes that she can them perfectly in not one or two but three povs!

I LOVED this story. I’m so glad the author included it in this book of short stories. It was really sweet and I just loved it!
