Stories that reflect imagination, alter egos, different dimensions.
Bonus for Christmas consuming the audiobook - having Neil Gaiman narrate his works.

This is the first Neil Gaiman book I've read. It's a interesting, eclectic collection of random stories and poems. Some are very short - only about a page. Some are excellent, mind-blowing, thought-provoking. Others are just so-so. Some are downright disturbing. I plan to read one of his novels soon, perhaps American Gods.

some really good stuff here. There are some unnecessarily awful stories but the good ones are REALLY good

Not nearly as good as the other books of his that I've read. Some of the stories were great, but most were more depressing than I like.

Neil Gaiman's writing is always dark, whimsical, and imaginative. My favorite story was "A Study in Emerald".
