My Review: Fiona, It’s Bedtime is the cutest little storybook! We were delighted to add this book to our Fiona collection of books by Zonderkidz, based on the very real little hippo born in 2017 at the Cincinnati Zoo in Ohio. This delightful book offers large, eye catching illustrations and features various zoo animals and their families settling down for the night. With soft, rhyming pages, the musical aspect of the story is sure to lull little ones into a snuggly bedtime routine. This book boasts a hardcover book with bookjacket and study, large, glossy pages that will withstand being read over and over again! Our little one enjoyed pointing out Fiona on each page as we read the story together. Appropriate for ages infant-elementary school age.

Fiona the Hippo is adorable! The actual Fiona lives at the Cincinnati Zoo and is the inspiration for this book. Enjoy taking a trip through the zoo as Fiona says goodnight to all the different animals and their families. It's simple, yes, but simple is good. It would be easy to do in a storytime without having to do all of the pages!
