A spicy retelling of the classics fairytale Little Red Riding Hood. This was SPICY HOT right out of the gate. Once again she grabs me in the first chapter and hooks me in until I can’t put it down to adult. Who doesn’t love a good love story that is also full of spice but one where it also takes stories we have heard for years, flips them on their side and makes them hilarious and hot at the same time. Red is beautiful FMC in her way. She thinks she needs to get away from the magic world but it follows her. Brexley is everything you want in a shifter. I did not see the exact end coming either. It was wrapped up in a pretty red bow. Can not wait to read her best friends stories either, Golding, Cinder and especially Rap. Holly is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. Read this. You will not be disappointed. 5 Stars and 4 Spicy Peppers.

I loved this book! I’m a huge fan of retellings of classic stories. I love to see how authors make the story their own and this one was amazing.
I love the character development and relationships and thought it was all really well done. I couldn’t put it down and now have a little bit of a book hangover.
I was fortunate enough to read it as an ARC and am definitely going to enjoy reading it all over again from time to time.

This book hit all the right places ;) Equal parts spice and plot.
Most of the big reveals were too cliché and predictable within the first few chapters. The ones I didn't figure out were smart and made sense when I think back.
Still loved it regardless, it's cheesy and funny and the ending is cute. Wouldn't recommend reading at work though, I could barley sit still.

The premise was good, I enjoyed something different. Did it need to be almost 400 pages? Absolutely not. This could’ve been 100 pages shorter. I don’t think I will continue with the series, but never say never.

I honestly really enjoyed almost everything about this book. It’s a red riding hood retelling and I had fun reading it. It did a good job at tying in other fairy tale characters and opening up opportunities for other retellings. However there were like four different deus ex machina situations where the main characters just leveled up out of convenience. It was very anticlimactic. The spice was very good. I liked the dog jokes.
