Listened to this on audio (narrated by the author) and this was so great - many times the audio extras had me laughing out loud (Tyler's parents and friend make appearances, and Tyler has a lot of conversations with the sound engineer asking for sound effects). Tyler is both incredibly funny and unbelievably vulnerable and seems like the most amazing person. I would definitely love to meet him for coffee! Highly recommend!

If you want a laugh out loud story, this is it. Tyler Merritt was very vulnerable in this memoir. He shared regrets he had. It was a fantastic balance of funny and serious.

I gave up on switching the version of this book on Goodreads, but I listened to the Audible audiobook recording. I firmly believe you'll get even more out of Tyler's stories by listening to him tell them.

I loved Tyler's descriptions of "sliding door" moments in his life. I've often thought of those moments in mine. So relatable.

I laughed, I cringed, I cried. Authenticity and vulnerability all wrapped up with some fabulous history lessons. This is a must read.

Phenomenal book. Definitely one of my top 3 reads of 2023 and I’m 134 books in so far!

You will 1000% want to share a cup of coffee with Tyler after finishing this book.

This book was just ok for me. I think the message was great, very positive and insightful. Tyler seems like a pretty fun, genuine, and introspective person. I think that this book would probably be great as an audiobook because the narration would feel more real. I am not into that style of narration which probably means memoirs aren't my thing), but I think I would enjoy that style more as an audiobook. I would still recommend people read this.
