Repetitive both in style and in content. The writer's scope of knowledge is far too narrow for what he's trying to do here, with some glaring gaps. It's fine to like what you like, but there are so many mistakes that the book isn't even reliably informative.

Everything Shea writes turns to gold, so naturally this is a 5/5.

I try to avoid five star reviews but when you feel like it’s your friends book because of the authors twitter feed then they get five stars. #foh

My thoughts as I read Serrano's train of thought book: (1) I need to watch more movies; (2) gangster and heist movies, but also rom-coms; (3) this man watches a lot of movies, and multiple times; (4) does Shea ever sleep? (5) the running commentary in the footnotes is still funny, even the 3rd time around [Big Book of Basketball and Basketball (And Other Things) being the first two]. LOL-ed at "pointy fruit" in the footnotes. (FN1)

FN1: "Pointy fruit" is a strawberry.
