A CoHo book I actually like. I went in blind, too!

Maybe it's because the MCs aren't toxic? The pacing is good? The suspense?

This book is seriously not one of the books I would typically read, however the plot and the writing in this is amazing! We follow two teens who were previously in love but have lost their memories due to “fate”. I don’t know what else to say but I recommend this book it was really good, however I wanted a more captivating ending. The ending is why I didn’t give this 5 stars.

How do I even give a review of this book without giving away any details?

“She’s lost in thought, I’m lost in her.”

This thrilling story will have you putting a pillow under your chin to keep it from bruising as layer after layer and secret after secret of this story are revealed.

“I may not remember anything about her, but I would bet her smile was my favorite part of her.”

Part Bourne Identity and part The Hangover, Never Never has a cliffhanger ending that is just like a roller coaster! Some people will be crying and in dismay while others (myself included) will be waiving our hands in the air and exclaiming how awesome it was!

Hoo damn I loved this! I've never read anything by Tarryn Fisher but Colleen Hoover is my shit and I've hovered over the "Add to Cart" button on all three parts of this story every once in a while on and off for years now ever since I first discovered CoHo in 2015.

The thing that finally made me pull the trigger was the Audible Romance Package, though, which made all three books "free."

I loved everything to do with this novella, though, hot damn. I loved the setup, because Colleen never (never) deviates from reality, at least when it comes to the realm of possibility; obviously some of the scenarios she usually comes up with are a little farfetched, but I really enjoyed the twist of unreality paired with Colleen's and Tarryn's writing here.

I'm getting genuinely antsy as I write this review to move on to Part 2 and find out what happens next, as well as what happened before this mess as well as this iteration of Charlie and Silas began, so this is where I'll leave you for now. Onward!

So let’s start with the couple of positives because I don’t want to start my review on a negative note. The romance was sweet and I enjoyed reading about their love story. The main plot line had potential and was compelling and that’s why I ended up finishing the book. However, this was a total let down. I have read these authors before and had higher expectations. The ending left literally everything to be desired. One star for a sweet romance, one star for a compelling premise. That’s it.
