This book was great, but it all went too fast to really get the flaws of the main couple or to develop their personalities further. The crime/spy plot however was pretty great and pretty funny how it ended.

It’s been a long time since Sydney Swift has gone home. An unrelentingly successful CIA field agent, she’s spent the last three years pretending to be someone - anyone - other than herself. But this year, the festive season is coming with some added surprises. Sydney’s beloved little sister Calla has just announced that she’s engaged to Johnny Jones, the heir to an organized crime dynasty. With her built-in cover Sydney is approached by the FBI as their way to finally infiltrate the Jones family. But the last thing she expects is to fall in love with his handsome best friend and bodyguard, Nick Fraser. Sydney always gets her man - but the his time love is a target she can’t afford to miss in this holiday romantic comedy.

Even with some cheesy rom-com cliches, this book is filled with spy movie worthy plot twists, well-written characters, and book boyfriend charm that made it impossible to put down.
