I don't have too much to say about this except
1) aang making strange faces due to the presence of other spirits got old very quickly
2) the portrayal of azula just keeps getting worse, with her just being written as insane without any of the sympathy her character deserves (I'm not saying to excuse anything she does in the original series, but it's important that she's humanised instead of being portrayed as nothing but insane and completely unsympathetic - just like zuko, she's a victim of abuse and deserves to be humanised just as much as zuko does)
3) the flashbacks this time around feel a lot more... disjointed? they include more of the flashbacks we've already seen in zuko alone but with some additional things from ursa's perspective, except these additional elements feel out of place and like they don't "fit" well with the already-established flashbacks. I don't know how else to explain it and my head is a little fuzzy at the moment so that's the best explanation I've got for you.

Great second installment in the series!! This time, I have the next one (and the last one) right next to me, so I will be finishing off this trilogy today!!!!! Can't wait to find out everything that happened to Zuko's mother, because she has always been a looming mystery in the series. Yes, I am getting in touch with my kid self again....and I'm kind of liking it, lmao!!!
