Very entertaining, engrossing tale. Eric Turowski's first Tess Cooper novel is funny, smart, sexy in all the right places. Tess Cooper is a journalist who can't seem to avoid trouble. A little bit I Love Lucy meets Sherlock Holmes -- she's smart enough to figure out what's going on before anyone else. Occult masters, her beloved grandpa, enemies in the corporate structure, and armies of disgusting bugs -- all in a day's work. Go, Tess! Clever, page-turning, creepy fun.
