Hilarious!

Bliss is a re-release of an older Sands medieval romance out July 25, 2017. It's fine - definitely better than the new Highlanders book that's coming out Tuesday. The set-up for the romance is interesting (if King Henry II orders you to get married, you do that bc absolute monarchy), the plotting is better, and characters make far fewer silly choices but the writing still feels kind of rough.

This book annoyed me so freaking much. I understand what the author was trying to do but everything was so freaking childish. All of the silly pranks to get him to call of the wedding literally made me cringe.

I was so disappointed by this book. Lynsay Sands is one of my all time favs but this one was just not good.
