Joseph and Liana couldn't be more different. He's a weathly man, living by himself in a massive house, without any cares. She's a struggling woman, fresh out of a relationship, having lost her mentor and boss, and struggling to know her place.

Joseph hires women to fill his time. He keeps them for 39 days exactly, and during that time they obey his every order, desire and whim. They are compensated handsomely for their time, to the point of never having to work again.

Until he takes the wrong girl.

Liana is thrown headfirst in to Joseph's world, confused and angry, but it doesn't last. She realises that it's the world of her dreams, and she doesn't want to give it up.

A quick, easy read with an interesting storyline. Very generic characters, and a predictable ending. A very average read, but enjoyable all the same.

What started out as a kid napping of the wrong woman ends in a relationship that was needed by both characters. Joseph and Linana come together to fill a void in his life and complete a desire she has always dreamed of. The sparks fly quickly and it was an enjoyable read.

I’m glad the conflict was short, more of a book than I expected

4.5 stars. I’ve read a similar trope in Adelaide Forests book-Wrong.The H has an arrangement with an escort service to provide a prostitute who is willing to be his sex slave for 30 days. The h is having a bad day her boyfriend broke up with her and her boss just died leaving her jobless. She’s having a drink and sees the prostitute lookin all perfect so she decides on a whim to take her red coat. The coat was the identifier for the H of the woman who agreed to be consensually kidnapped…oops the h made a big mistake and he kidnaps her instead. He thinks it’s all good and starts the D/s training. Lots
Of smut and angst ensues.

I am quite disturb with this book. I really am. Warning, this book has many triggers, especially kidnapping and sexual assault. I do not like how the author does not address the issue of kidnapping and sexual assault. Instead the author gives the victim to be Stockholm Syndrome. The heroine ends up falling in love with the hero.

The character development is also poor. its mostly focusing on BDSM lifestyle. Even the BDSM is mild. At the end of this book, I end up not getting anything. The story is lack of plot and respect on handling the victim of kidnapping and sexual assault. There is not depth on the characters. The author does not pealing the character's past. There is also lack of chemistry between the characters.

I did finish the book. But I do not like it.

Its been a day since I read the book and I randomly still think about it. And its like I can "feel" the book. It absolutely left an impression.

Entertaining smutty story. Nothing to write home about. I had a decent time with it. We didn't get much of the building into love with these two so it seemed so random when they processed their love for one another. I did enjoy that Lianna held her ground and would not leave Joseph.
