5 stars, easily! Yay! This was the feel-good, well written, page-turning story I’ve been craving since this whole quarantine thing started. The protagonist evolves in a true arc, with a theme of love and redemption that brings all the warm fuzzies. I’m going to seek out her other books! I Recommend this one for sure.

jesus. katherine center you did it again. i laughed and cried my way through this beautiful beautiful book. your writing needs to be immortalized, there are so many times i wish i could inject your writing into my bloodstream.
katherine writes about life. the love, the hurt, the intimacy and intensity of life. i can’t get enough.

the best part of reading through her books is realizing that kris loves me exactly like a katherine center novel, and i think that’s the reason i cry through every one of her books.

3.5 ⭐A little romance, a little funny, a little deep with some tough topics. I enjoyed listening to this book and thought it was good. The ending was a little to zero to sixty for me though.
