As someone who has watched all of the clone wars and sat crying at Asoka's departure and the end of Season Seven, I knew I had to give this a read. most of the stories were great, but some were quite average. Possibly because they're not the same style. Mostly this book covers parts of episodes from the animated Clone Wars show. There isn't much new content which I was disappointed with.
I was just disappointed.

This was good and the narration by the Clone Wars VO actors was top-notch but even with the little bit of extra insight into characters’ thoughts it wasn’t enough to make this book of short stories really spectacular. I’d rather just go back and watch the episodes of the Clone Wars again. The last story was pretty interesting and I’d love to get a sequel to that (it was the only story in the collection not based on an episode from the show).
