Heavy on plot, which was nice, but I’m sad there’s still one more book, and, naturally, it hasn’t released yet. (Only a few more weeks so I’ll survive).

Watching Prisca come into herself was lovely, and I’ll die on the hill that of all the fantasy books I’ve read so far, her magic is probably my favorite. ⌛️

At this point I’m skipping the smut because it’s repetitive and sometimes a little cringy. There’s also some dialogue and inner monologue moments that feel really cheesy. That aside, I love the premise and the direction of the series and I’m looking forward to the final book! For TOG fans, very similar but I don’t mind the repeated tropes/themes
