I honestly don't know how to rate this one, because I genuinely don't have an idea what's going on. I guess it's part of a crossover of some kind? Maybe? Something to do with a dictatorial future Batman?

What I could follow, I liked - the characterisation in this between Batwoman and those around her is great, and the art is stylish. I just wish I knew what was going on.
