Cute and super random audio book.

An Angel's Touch felt like a hallmark or lifetime movie. It's set around Christmas time and it definitely gives you some angels. In it, you will meet Cathy and Don. They are a lovely married couple who were rushing one day. It doesn't help that they died and became angels.

Now Don and Cathy were hilarious. Mostly Don because he would so be me if I was in that situation. Cussing up a storm because I just died and now I'm an angel and have to do a scavenger hunt just to stay a Christmas angel. Cathy was definitely sweet and kind hearted.. and just made Don look better to everyone.

Their little scavenger hunt was cute but sad at times. They had missions of bringing people together and helping them find a will to live. In some cases, they just couldn't help and they could only be there for a friend in need. The one thing that made me smile was everyone's reactions to the angels talking to them. It was hilarious because AGAIN I could see people reacting like this in any of those situations. The colorful Christmas pee was hilarious too and I almost spit out my hot chocolate.

Overall, the ending was really cute. A bit predictable but I ended up enjoying this book. Didn't plan on reading a Christmas-y book but no regrets either.

2.5 Stars. I enjoy Graham's writing, I really do. There were parts of this that made me smile. But, the heavy use of "Biblical angels", I just couldn't... Do you know why the first thing an angel says is "Fear not" when they appear in the Bible? Because they do not look like normal people! They are hella scary looking! The Bible is pretty clear about that. So yeah, lets angels take on other forms when on Earth, that would have been cool. But in that middle ground? Nope, should have been scary looking. Also, there was a pretty glaring typo where it said "Michael" was talking but it should have been "Don".

I thought was a very compelling story, full of emotional action. I was drawn in by the magnificent descriptions of the characters and action. I was also very glad when the book ended with a happy ending.
