The disclaimer at the start of the book does warn you that this probably won’t be the most brilliant writing or story you’ve ever read and it was right, so I can’t really mark it down more because it knew what it was trying to be. Some parts were quite good and felt like a real fantasy book and others were pretty cringe / awful / rushed.

I love the dedication, that's when I knew that this book is exactly what I needed.
I really liked that this has a fresh idea how the fated mates come together. I really enjoyed reading about this fae world.
It's a love story that begins on the 13th birthday it is funny and sweet and when they are grown up spicy. Sometimes it was a little unhinged but they are fae so what do you expect.
It is the perfect palette cleanser, there is not much you have to remember and the flow of the story just takes you on a lovely epic romance.

This is the first e-arc that I received, for which I am very thankful.
Well first of all the book is enjoyable but don’t pick it up if you want a high fantasy, this is not your book.
Further it is very high on the smut and spice, I would definitely say a spice level of 3.5 🌶️ for me.
But the characters are cute and so is the story. It makes does have some plot holes but I liked the banter between the mmc and fmc. Further I also liked the grumpy vs sunshine and morally grey mmc tropes. So if these are some things you like you will enjoy the book.
It is also very fast paced and easy readable, I would say that it could use a bit of editing but overall an enjoyable light read for in between more impactful books.
