ugh Robert frost, where have u been all my life?
but in all honestly I've been in awe, this is the first poetry collection Robert frost ever published so if I gave it 5 stars HOW MUCH BETTER WOULD THE REST BE??
my little poet heart is about to be filled with so much joy really the rest of his collection

Yet again ... I have to say poetry is not my thing. However I continue to explore the great poet in history in an attempt to learn. But this isn’t it

Even in this first book, Frost's voice seems mature and quite clear. It has a few of my favorite of his poems, though they are not his most famous, including Revelation and A Line Storm Song. He makes beautiful images, working through much of the same material (falling leaves, frost, rain, walks in the countryside), and he has a wonderful capacity with meter and rhyme. They almost never feel forced in any way, and seem to be as much a part of nature as the nature he describes.
