Josie hasn't really been back home since leaving after school to pursue her dream of working with writers, unfortunately for her for the last almost 5 years she has worked for a devil of a boss with no promotions in sight and now her Mum has called her home for a family emergency which leads Liz to a working holiday as her boss can't do without her. I was as shocked and annoyed as Josie was when she finally learns why she has been called home, yes it is sweet but also very manipulative, however is this the time away from he job so she can really see how she is treated and life she is living. I really liked Josh and how he tries to woo Josie ie the café scene was hilarious, but some of the things he neglects to tell her and she finds out from others does make me want to slap the back side of his head. This was a great read with some laughs, eye rolls and a bit of frustration at times (via both Josie and Josh) about tough life lessons, determination and love is hard work but so worth it when you find it.
