Very interesting insight into the world of restaurants, food writing and reviewing. I was horrified that he ended up getting sued over a review, which certainly makes you wonder if any restaurant reviews published in Australia are honest! I’ll take them with a grain of salt in future. But I also already knew, even when I ate meat, to never order it on a Monday....ditto no fish on a day it’s been raining 😉
