Focuses more on the city and clan politics in Anvard than on any particular character's story. In the course of the story there's a lot of really interesting stuff being hinted at in the background (Jaeger has a daughter?) that I wanted to hear more about.

Neat to see Jaeger finally showing off his tracking skills. of course it does nobody any good because SOCIETY, but still neat.
