A lot of descriptions and case studies that explains Lean UX which made the experience in reading them easier for someone who is learning the rope.

I'm glad to gain the knowledge and wish that one day I can apply it confidently to future projects!

Lean UX is a great book for beginners from an Agile/Scrum developmental process viewpoint (frankly a smart choice because most software dev teams usually go through these two since it's so efficient). It has several gold pages delineating questions a designer should ask of any project and quite a few golden principles for people going into UX.

Four stars because there were some pages in there that had a needlessly heavy number of pages for what they were- things like "every get 30 seconds to write on a whiteboard and hold it up!", or "write ideas on sticky notes/flashcards and share in a roundtable!". There was also a good chunk of pages dedicated to his personal projects, which while an entertaining read, wasn't anything particularly enlightening. I was also disappointed in the lack of UX prototypical examples (before and after, in particular), especially because of how amazing he said he did in several of his projects. Back it up and annotate your design specs, please! Other than that, it's an ok book. GR has a spot-on rating.

It's essentially a large list of bulletins on what's important for Lean UX. Both in how to run projects with a lean methodology, to in short how to stack this in an organisation. Well worth the read!

Really great, quick read on how to put ideas from The Lean Startup into practice for product design. Devoured it while taking copious notes.

Great book with lots of examples you can use to incorporate this way of thinking into your organization. That's the good news. The bad news is that this way of working requires a fundamental change in your org, which is very, very hard. However this book gives me hope.

Read for one of my modules at university.
Found quite interesting and was full of examples to help explain the principles of lean UX. However I did find some parts repetitive and feel I would have understood better if I had more experience with lean UX.

Practical concepts that can be implemented in any organization. I look forward to working on these concepts with my team and I plan to read this book again a few years from now to see what I can improve on.

Quick read, the shift chapter at the end is quite useful, and may be harder to swallow for organizations with deeply entrenched product development practices. A good start for incorporating User Experience into project management.
