As a photographer, I spend a lot of time looking, really looking, at other photographer's images. I've never heard of Alex Webb. I tend to not be encyclopedic when into something. When my wife got me this book as a gift, she told me that she thought I'd like his works. she was right. one thing I noted is that some compositional and exposure elements that I avoid when I photograph, in his images I am drawn to. Each interaction with art changes me in a small or large way. Alex may move me further than most.

Stunning photography and a beautifully bound book, itself an art object.
