This is a very insightful look into the struggles and challenges people who stutter must face daily. I strongly recommend it for anyone who stutters or for the family and friends of someone who stutters to better understand that they are not alone, or to know what the person they love is going through. As a speech pathologist, it gave me perspective on how to treat the entire person and their emotions, which I found very insightful. However, at times the book is very dramatic and the writing is poor, but I'd say it's worth the struggle of getting through that for the end result.
