A too brief look at the origins of the cylon race and the first cylon war. (Spoiler alert: humans are jerks.) It's all plot with no real connection to any of the characters. Probably a worthwhile quickie read if you watched the show.

For BSG fans, Saul Tigh has a background role as a battlestar officer.
