I wanted to read arranged marriage romance. Hence, I picked this and hoping it'd be a good read. HOWEVER, I am disappointed. I did not enjoy the book. It was boring af and slow-paced. The couple has no chemistry, even after the love confession. I regret I didn't dnf it the earliest.

I was not expecting to like this book as much as I did. I went in totally blind and I’m honestly so happy I did. Definitely had me kicking my feet but when they say this is a slow burn, they mean 90% slow burn and 10% actual burn.

Insomnia hit like no other so I read this entire thing in one night …. It was SO much longer than it needed to be but my god I loved it. Possibly the slowest burn of all time but it was so worth it.
