The illustrations are probably the only redeeming thing about this book. I realize that the stories are submissions from many people but many of them are written so poorly as to be barely intelligible. I found little humor in the book despite my first hand knowledge of how funny, unbelievable and/or rage-inducing some interactions with customers can be.
