I really wanted to like these stories. Some are indeed quite good (especially the first), but most do not live up to the hype of the blurbs. While they're not, strictly speaking, badly written, their plot and character development, even their basic premises, are unconvincing (in my opinion).
As I said, I really wanted to like these stories, but most of them left me disappointed, to the point where I gave up on them about midway through the collection.

Really incredible read. I loved it. Not for the faint of heart though, lots of violence. But it is genius.
