I was pretty impressed with this collection, there's not really a bad entry in the lot, and it covers a nice range of themes and genres. Despite the length of it, i got through it fairly quickly and I'm certainly going to keep an eye out for more books by a lot of the author's featured (just what I need, more on my TBR pile!)
That said, I'm assuming a lot of people bought this just from seeing Martin's name on the cover, and his story just doesn't really fit in this collection. It seems to be a sample chapter or early draft from 'Fire and Blood' which is an in-world history. It doesn't have the pacing of a story, it doesn't end well ('we all know what happened next') and generally I don't think it will make a lot of sense to those who aren't already hardcore ASOIAF fans.
Oh, and pretty much the only content warnings needed are for this story too. I mean, it's about the targaryens so there's going to be incest.
