I really liked this story. Not only does it help beginning readers learn to read, but it also shares an important lesson: "Brush your teeth for healthy teeth and gums and fresh breath."
I did find the "picture reading" to be distracting. But I am very much hoping that this type of reading works well for the intended audience of Pre-K kids and other beginning readers.
