Ball did a wonderful job of tackling topics like nature and climate change in an engaging way, and I really enjoyed how she threaded the poems together with her grief over her fathers. Poetry is sometimes difficult for me to follow, and while there were a couple of poems that I struggled with, overall I found the collection beautifully written.
