Although this book is short, it was slower to read than I thought it would be because the pacing is a little weird and the writing wasn't great. While basically all of the characters were stereotypical, what I did like about it was how the ending was done. I wasn't entirely sure how fit would end up and the ending chosen makes sense and works well with what is established in the story.

This book is a nice, quick, clean read. It definitely isn't the best book I've ever read or anything, but it is fairly enjoyable and easy to get into, especially if you're familiar with Jennifer E. Smith's work.
What you have here is your typical case of high school sweethearts deciding if they'll stay together as they go off to college or break up. However, this story is told in an interesting way with nicely developed characters and not too many cliches. Sure, there is a cliche or two in here
Spoilerlike a certain couple you can spot getting together from a mile away
but it isn't overbearing like some other YA Romance novels are. Even the ending itself isn't completely cheesy as one might expect and I, personally, fairly enjoyed it.
Is this a book I'll read again and again? Probably not, but it's a really good book for a quick read on a road trip or at the beach. Jennifer E. Smith's Hello, Goodbye, and Everything in Between gets a nice 3 bowling balls out of 5 from me.

I actually enjoyed reading this book. Thank goodness the ending didn't come out as I expected; I liked Jennifer Smith's ending better.

The writing was fast, the story was cute, a little predictable in some parts, and I hated the main guy's sense of humor (it felt a little forced) but I think the book overall achieved its goals.

This is my first Jennifer Smith book. Loove the cover. Looking forward to checking out her other books. :)

This book about a teenage couple angsting for 12 straight hours about going their separate ways for college was not for me. Confession - I couldn't finish it. I did skim a great majority of it though.

While I think all of the books by Smith I've read so far are cute and sweet, this one just drove me crazy. The indecisiveness of the girl as they contemplate whether or not they should break up just came off as that and not endearing. To be honest after about 5 or 6 chapters I was so annoyed by her that I skipped to the end to find out what happened and called it good.

As always, these books by Jennifer Smith make me so happy and give me the warm fuzzies inside. They're always full of the most fun and random adventures, and the endings are happy while being realistic.

well darn.
